Today I spent, wait for it, 9 HOURS at the hair salon! Serves my right for wanting a weave with no appointment. In any case it was well worth the wait. During that time, I got the ‘hood gossip, learned some things about men, and listened to some sexy dancehall riddims. But best of all I left with shiny, bouncy hair. Above is a photo of the finished product which I call Soccer-mom-meets-In-Living-Color Fly-Girl-Don’t-Ask-Questions. Shouts out to my amazing MVP of a hairdresser Annette, who maybe sat twice from 9am to 10pm when I left. To anyone who can turn my tumbleweave DON’T into DO…… TASHA SAY YEAH!!
